Lydia J. Craig was born in Pennsylvania, raised in Ohio, and now lives in Nashville with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She fell in love with fiction writing in second grade, a passion that eventually led her to earn an MLIS in Library Science and work as a librarian specializing in local history and higher education.

When she’s not crafting her own stories, Lydia can be found reading spooky novels in the vein of Shirley Jackson, practicing yoga, listening to true-crime podcasts, or bingeing her ever-growing list of TV dramas and thrillers. She’s endlessly fascinated by lost treasures, mysteries, and the hidden magic behind everyday places. In addition to creating her own worlds, she works as a content and ghostwriter for online creators, helping their ideas come to life.
